CRP announces unveiling of its first electric motorcycle

"CRP motorcycles have announced the unveiling of its electric motorcycle the eCRP 1.0. The e-bike has been specially designed for the TTXGP 2010 series which is the world’s zero emission motorsport event. The bike weighs 175 kg and has a 72V battery with a dual DC Agni 95 electric motor. On a full charge the battery has a range of 40km with a maximum speed of 180kmph. The eCRP 1.0 is the first made in Italy zero emission motorcycle. It will be unveiled in Birmingham on 13th January 2010 at the Cleaner Racing Conference organized by the Motorsport Industry Association (MIA). Here is the original press release.."
