Riccardo Moretti that obtained good timing results during te practice sessions on Friday and Saturday, couldn't finish his race due to a collision with other riders during the fist lap.
The rider of CRP Racing fell down at the fourth curve after the rider Krummenacher with his KTM crashed into him and then he piled up the Spanish rider Martin, who was racing before Riccardo.

It was a real pity because the team was expecting great result from this competition, but sometimes these things happen during races and you can do nothing, it's the dark side of the moon.
The rider and the team has done an excellent work, in fact he got the fourth line and the 16° timing. In the next weeks Riccardo will do his best to achieve fundamental scores at the Road Racing Italian Championship (CIV) on 28th September in Misano.

Riccardo Moretti said: "It was really a pity and I didn't understand what happened to me! I fell down and I wasn't sure who crashed into me because there were other four riders behind me. However, I'm sure we could have obtained a good result, I mean..we could reach the 12th or 13th position.".
