Last 17th May during the GP of France at Le Mans the names of the 5 wild-cards were announced as regards the Italian Grand Prix which will take place at Mugello next 31st May.
Davide Stirpe, rider managed by ADV Racing for the current season of the Italian team CRP Racing, has been chosen to run on Mugello's track, since he represents a talent of the Italian motorcycling.
This is not the first time for CRP Racing at a MotoGP. The Team took part to Mugello and Misano GP in 2008 in terms of wild-card with the previous rider who obtained quite good results. In fact, he got the 4th line on the starting grid but after the first lap a contender made him fallen and he was forced to stop the race due to the damages of his bike.
